We loved the villa. Every morning felt like waking up in a gorgeous tree house, the views were perfect , just fine. The room was comfy , and communication was super smooth and friendly with the staff. We made great use of the spacious deck enjoying sunsets that seemed crafted for couples.

It wasn’t cheap , but still acceptable for the overall experience.

The King Suite with Ocean View boasts stunning vistas right from your deck, perfect for early morning coffee. The serene atmosphere offers an excellent romantic getaway, providing an intimate space away from the city hustle.

Getting to the hotel presents challenges. the entrance is unpaved and tricky, especially with fast-moving traffic nearby. While the lagoon offers potential beauty, be prepared for a steep and rocky descent, which may not cater to everyone’s comfort level. Additionally, the broken coffee pot wasn’t addressed during our stay, which was disappointing.

Staying in Villa #5 felt like a good escape into nature, waking up amidst fine views every morning. The peaceful ambiance was captivating. While the journey back to Bacalar demanded a bit more effort, the beautiful room and attentive communication made it all worthwhile.

I stayed in the Standard King Room and it was really nice. The second-floor views were incredible—definitely the highlight! Waking up to that view was a treat every single day. The room was comfy, and communication was super smooth and friendly with the staff. I appreciated the ample parking, too. No complaints about the actual experience at all!

Getting to Villas Mandarina can be a bit of an adventure—those fast cars can catch you off guard! The entrance is rocky, and my husband found the lagoon intriguing but a steep climb down might not work for everyone.
